Transforming Blandford Community Hospital
We were asked to partner with Westmade and the NHS to transform Blandford Community Hospital. This involved providing additional clinic rooms, waiting areas, updating the reception, as well as creating a new CAMHS Outpatients Department and new open plan offices and staff rest spaces.
We installed and project managed the installation of fire alarm, door access, CCTV, lighting, power, data and BMS controls. The project ran for over a year and involved many shut downs and liaising with senior staff within the NHS to minimise disruption whilst works were carried out.
Works carried out improved the quality of the service the NHS provide for not only the patients but the working environment for the staff who work there, with electrical systems exceeding current standards.
